COVID-19 Update

On behalf of all of our doctors and team members, each pet and their humans, and our community, MSV is taking the following steps to continue to safely practice all aspects of veterinary medicine and wellness.

All treatments and services, from medical to boarding, grooming and daycare, are currently available, and we are open our regular hours Monday – Friday.  We are reserving Saturday appointments for urgent or emergency appointments only. If you need help on a Saturday, please call our office and we will help you over the phone, schedule to the following week, or arrange for you to see one of our veterinarians that day.

We will re-open for regular Saturday hours on Saturday, May 9th.

Curbside Concierge Service – we feel it is too early to re-open our lobby and exam rooms to clients bringing their pets in.  We will continue our “Curbside Concierge” service until recommendations from the AVMA and CDC indicate it is safe to open. We want to ensure that your safety and the safety of our team is the highest priority.

Our plan at Main Street Vet is to remain calm and focused on the animals in our care, and that includes providing the best possible service to their Best Human Friends.  If you have a suggestion for improving our services, please email us at staff@mainstreetvet.biz.

Madison, Morgan County and the surrounding areas are the communities we live in and serve, and it is a community we are proud to be part of.

We salute our sheriff’s office, city police, city and county government.  Our schools and teachers, hospitals, doctors’ offices, grocery stores and all of the services that have helped make these recent weeks more safe and more livable.

Everywhere we look, we are a community working together.  Main Street Vet will continue to follow your lead and do our part for Each Pet, Their Humans, and Our Community.

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for supporting us. We look forward to seeing you soon.

In health,

Dr James J Williams
